capture the changing atmosphere and moods of the British landscape, or the
rich colour, texture and detail of still life. With a limited palette he exploits
wet-into-wet to depict mist, cloud and atmospheric changes,
equally he enjoys the challenge of capturing the subtlety of plants and flowers
in this most sensitive medium.He uses watercolours as well as oils for painting
both miniatures and larger scale works.
